Palm Customers Are The Least Satisfied of All

According to a customer survey conducted by Changewave, Palm ranks lowest on the customer satisfaction scale. In the category “Very Satisfied”, Palm only hit 30%. Apple was top at 72%.
What this story really shows, though, is the unreliability of surveys and statistics. Palm’s Paul Loeffler responded to the survey by citing two others in which Palm comes much higher. But who were these surveys commisioned by? That’s right. Palm. Much like Apple’s own pie-chart massaging, statistics can be sliced to show anything you like.
