Nokia Siemens wins new 320 mln eur network order from Russia’s Megafon

Nokia (NYSE:NOK) Siemens (NYSE:SI) Network said it has signed a new three-year, 320 mln eur framework agreement with Russia’s Megafon for the supply of mobile network equipment.

The group, a joint venture between Nokia and Siemens, said the deal includes GSM, GPRS and EDGE equipment, wideband CDMA technology, and related services.

Nokia has provided network equipment to Megafon since the mid-1990s.
