Microsoft urges Nokia to offer Windows Mobile devices

Motorola Declares Quarterly Dividend

Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 5 cents ($0.05) per share, payable in cash on April 15, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2008.
